America is not a country with which most Muslims are infatuated.

However, an American assistance in eleminating the evil regime in Syria, would certainly be be a welcomed effort.

The Nazi-like regime in Syria is too evil and too Satanic to be left for the haggling of international politics.

Advice for deliberation: pls forgive me, I don’t mean to be pushy or impose my views on the site.

I just think the present discourse here is counterproductive and could drive many readers and cotributors away.

In order for a political site to be appealing, it has to exude a certain level of reasonability, fairness, logic and rationality as well as some kindness and respect.

However, when a site is overwhelmed with convulsion, repugnance, sullen hostility, ill will, constant iritation, accusations and hate, it will lose appeal. A little review of “our” state of affair wouldn’t be a bad thing.

Perhaps I am wrong.

A debate is going on among the Syrian opposition about the so-called zero hour in Damascus that led to the defeat, some say it was not necessary especially in the month of Ramadan, which according to some opposition circles was an oppprtionity for popular movements and demonstrations in Damascus, but the armed groups by opening battle provided the regime a chance to smash the the untrained hotheads who lack coordination on the ground and ability to work according to field conditions and political and popular facts in Syria, not according to the wishes of Qatar or Saudi Arabia or Turkey. It is an ultimate expression of the death of conscience, death of morality, death of rectitude and even death of simple human decency to praise these thugs and murderers as if they were martyrs or honorable victims.

A murderer is a murderer even if he liberates Jerusalem. Basdhar el-Assad is a murderous regime, par excellance.
