Reality Check Weekly from PressTV

Press TV News Review for week ending Friday June 08-06-09-2012. I have started watching PressTV, it is sad when one has to watch media in another country to get some kind of balance, but that is what it has come to in Britain. The BBC and Chanel 4 Stations are a disgrace to journalism. So I am going to start featuring PressTV more and more especially since they are banned in the JUK, that just shows that the content that PressTV is offering up,  is far more controversial and potentially critical of the UK regime than anything we could find elsewhere. Bring it on.!

PS I highly recommend subscribing to PressTV Youtube channel, it’s an eye opener.

press tv is one of the better official or mainstream news sources. they have their bias and are not an alternative type of media, but they are far and above the rubbish the jewish run western media publishes.

this isn’t about press tv, but it shows why american (and all the other jewish zionist run western) media is bottom rung propaganda and nothing else:

“Summer snow, winter palms in US “footage” of Moscow

Denisova Olga Jun 13, 2012 23:23 Moscow Time

This summer in Moscow has not been very hot. The temperature has hardly risen over + 22º Celsius. Besides, it has often rained.

But there definitely hasn’t been any snow in Moscow this summer, and it is obviously not cold enough for anyone to put on a fur hat.

However, if you watch what the CNN has recently passed for a footage of mass rallies in Moscow which were apparently held on June 12, you will see the streets in the footage covered with snow and people wearing warm coats and fur hats.

An old stereotype associates Russia with snow and cold – and this is true about Russian winters. But it is hard to imagine that many people in the West now know so little about Russia that they can believe that it snows in Moscow in the summer.

Still, the CNN appears to think that their audiences still believe in old stereotypes. It seems odd that in their “objective” coverage of the Moscow rallies, they didn’t show footage of polar bears walking around the Red Square.

Or, maybe, US TV companies simply like hiring employees who are so poor at geography that they don’t know where Moscow actually is. One can imagine so, because snow in the summer is not the only blunder American journalists have made in their “coverage” of Moscow protests.

In December 2011, another US TV company, Fox News, broadcast footage which purported to show public protests in Moscow. In that video, “Moscow” appeared to be on fire, and people were throwing stones and Molotov cocktails at police vehicles. In the background, palm trees could be seen, although this type of trees is far from typical for Moscow’s climate. However, Greek flags, which can also be seen in the background, left no doubts as to where these “Moscow” scenes were really shot.

It is highly unlikely that none of the bosses or employees of either CNN or Fox News was aware that neither summer snow nor palm trees are typical for Moscow. Both pieces of “footage” were mere fabrications. The one with palm trees in the background was shot in Athens during a protest which took place there in December 2011. The one with snow was indeed shot during a rally in Moscow, but obviously not on June 12.”

CNN and BBC are a joke they are always faking footage or competitions or polls. All UK TV is complete rubbish now.
