well, unfortunately it looks like without a civil war the lebanese won’t be able to sort it out.
and what else could be done if two large fractions of the population look in two totally opposite directions in EVERYTHING?
and if one listens to the latest declarations of Walid Jumblatt then things look completely hopeless

It is the norm that when these people of security want to accuse wrongly someone of something and if they fall short of evidence and of time and imagination- which they do- they tend to accuse their victim of something they do themselves which is the easiest and most feasable thing , that is why accusing a politiician like Samaha of planning several explosion does not only seem totally out of place but is inspired by their own acts and doings and resembles them . What they accuse Samaha of is probably some conspiracy they had in mind against the country with all the details involved , so all what they had to do is to link all this to Samaha and act it out. They must have been in great haste , otherwise they could have taken more precaution and come up with something more plausible. Why were they in such a hurry we don’t know, they wanted probably to stop him from saying something because that what Samaha is qualified for: speaking.

Charges? Anything from terrorism, sectarian agitation, undermining of the State institutions, endangerment of lives ,.... and everything in between.
