both videos are definitely worth watching, but the 2nd one gets into the material more. i agree with fmo about the interviewer in the 2nd video. but not only is the guy a generic jewish run media fascist cheerleader, he really incompetent as an interviewer and presenter. russia was fortunate that many of these parasites left after the ussr fall to follow their greed, though that particular interviewer appears to have grown up outside the ussr. keiser did a much better job interviewing stallman, even though it was shorter and less material covered. he let him talk and listened to what he had to say.

i saw or read another interview with stallman years ago. interesting guy and i agree with most of what he says. a couple areas i find problematic are stallman's optimistic views of capitalism being workable without it going to extremes. i don't know his full views on this, or his reasoning, so maybe my take of them is off. the extremes we see now in capitalism are the way capitalism always goes. big fish eat little, power gets concentrated. democracy and choice are incompatible with capitalism.

the second area was stallman's characterisation of ddos attacks as a form of protest (max interview). comparing ddos to picketing outside a business or government building. that analogy is off. for it to be on, the protest would have to enter the building and prevent others entering the building. ddos attacks are usually not done by protesters, but by governments and organised groups for the purpose of blocking a site from being used. it's vandalism, not protest. it's a way of blocking access to a site to prevent people using it.

Great videos, Jonathon!
In the first one, when Max talks about airport special treatment and says that fewer and fewer people will get richer and richer until there will be ONE guy and "he will probably be from the ME"--I wonder if he has a specific country in mind.

In the first video the Stallman/Keiser interview starts at 12.15mins.
The second RT clip featuring an interview with Richard Stallman is also very informative and interesting. Stallman is easy to understand and explains his points well. The interviewer on the other hand, Al Gurnov, comes across like a plonker in denial. Good article JB.
