Israeli strike killing 6-yr-old boy in Gaza

Relatives are mourning a six-year-old Palestinian boy who was killed by an Israeli strike on the Gaza Strip. Israel confirmed the strikes, which also wounded 20 other people, but denies any involvement in the child’s death. On Saturday Israel launched air raids on Palestinian territory following rocket fire from Gaza that wounded an Israeli man. Gaza health officials confirmed that at least four people had been killed and over 20 more wounded.

    Brutal, vile, despicable.

“Gaza health officials confirmed that at least four people had been killed and over 20 more wounded.”

and part of a wider attack on Gaza:

Over the last 6 days, Gaza City has been bombed by Apache helicopters,F16 and drones. More than 16 civilians, including children, have been killed and more than 70 injured in Beit Hanoun, Jabalya, Khan Younus, and Gaza.

    END THE ASSAULT ON GAZA

I would be wary of repeating press releases that have also been published on the website of the Zionist organisation known as the International Solidarity Movement. They and their supporters are dangerous cultists.

      • Roy Bard June 24, 2012 at 4:42 pm #

I’m sure you would. If you say the ISM is a zionist organisation then of course it must be….

Theres absolutely no need to back up the claim. If it appears on the internet it must be true.

If it appears on the internet it must be true.

Since everything you’ve posted on this thread is on the internet (which you’ve sarcastically referred to above), then I can only guess that you don’t believe what you’ve posted! Weird.

Your strange comment aside, I think it’s time that the Zionist ISM and their Zionist cult followers (people like you Roy Bard/FTP) need to be finally exposed.

          1. The Zionist ISM support BDS, which is known to provide cover for Liberal Zionists.
          2. The Zionist ISM believe in non-violent resistance, clearly supporting the Zionist regime.
          3. Rachel Corrie was a Christain Zionist infiltrator, as all of Gaza knows.
          4. The Zionist ISM regularly collaborates with people living in the Zionist Entity on Occupied Palestinian Land.
          5. Many Zionist ISM members have done deals with foreign intelligence services to infiltrate Gaza in return for reduced criminal sentences in their countries of origin.

As you scoff at internet sources, I won’t supply any.

          NO MORE ISM LIES.

Oh look a loaded post from someone called SalsaShot :-)

            Internet trolls

Zionist ISM cult member Roy Bard/FTP sadly cannot engage sensibly, contributing only Hasbara.

It is typical of the Zionist ISM’s behaviour.

            See a Christian Zionist infiltrator:

Sure, sure, no problem, but tell me more about Rachel Correy and her scam.

          • Roy Bard June 24, 2012 at 7:36 pm #

and just think – soon you’ll be banned and I’ll still be here.

It isn’t therefore worth engaging with your trollery

“internet trolls always have something to say even if they have no idea what it is”

you know what? it’s the ears that give them away. always those big alfred e newman ears sticking out. probably due to their boss using them as handles. ;)

No need to get your undies in a knot just because Roy doesn’t have your sharp eye.
Tell me more about Rachel Correy. I always thought she was kind of shifty and suspect. I bet the bulldozer thing was faked and she lives in disguise somewhere else continuing to operate as a zionist agent. Don’t feel alone on this site–I’m with you all the way.

No humane words to describe these impostors in Palestine are there!

  4. Cosmo June 24, 2012 at 2:07 pm #

Aren’t you guys ever fed up with these sorts of lies?
Obviously the first part in the IDF released video of the terrorist killed is not of the same strike we see later on.
The video is of the a strike in the Northern Gaza strip while the report you quote talks about Khan Younis in the south of the Gaza Strip.

Remember that 2 year old toddler Khalid Amayreh claimed was a victims of a barrage Israeli of violence ?
This is what Palestinian Center for Human Rights have to say on his death and other attacks by Hamas on Palestinians in Gaza. Seems like these “primitive and ineffective rockets” as Khalid Amayreh calls them are not so ineffective when you don’t have early warning systems and shelters.

The Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR) is deeply concerned about the killing of Hadeel Haddad, and the wounding of five others, as 5 home-made rockets have landed on 4 houses and an empty area of land in several parts of the Gaza Strip in the past few days. PCHR calls upon the government in Gaza to seriously investigate these incidents, and to take necessary measures to ensure the protection of civilian life and the safety of their property.

According to investigations conducted by PCHR and testimonyfrom eyewitnesses, at approximately 07:30 on Tuesday, 19 June 2012,Hadeel Ahmed Sa’eed al-Haddad (1.5) was struck in the head by shrapnelwhile she was standing in the entrance of the house of her grandfather, Sa’eed Mohammed al-Haddad, in al-Zaytoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City, when a home-made rocket landed on their house. Hadeel was transported to al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza City to receive necessary medical treatment, but later transferred to Shifa Hospital due to the seriousness of her injuries. The efforts made by her doctors failed to save her life. In addition, in the same incident, Hadeel’s cousin,Zaqariya Mohammed Sa’eed al-Haddad (9), was also struck in the head by shrapnel. As a result, he was transported to Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, where medical sources have described his injuries as moderate.

The spokesman of the Palestinian Police, Chief Ra’ed al-Batniji,confirmed with PCHR’s fieldworker that Hadeeldied as a result of being hit in the head with shrapnel from a home-made rocket that landed on her grandfather’s house. Al-Batniji added that the police had headed to the scene and initiated investigations.

In BeitHanoun, at approximately 22:35 on Wednesday, 20 June 2012, a home-made rocket landed on an under-construction house belonging to Mohammed AkramShabat(24). As a result, part of a wall inside the house was destroyed, though no injuries were reported.

In Deir al-Balah, at approximately 08:00 on Wednesday, 20 June 2012, a home-made rocket exploded in the vicinity of land belonging to Abu Khattab family on Salah al-Deen Street, south of Deir al-Balah. As a result of the explosion, Yahia Mohammed Abu Khattab’s(16)left shoulder was wounded by shrapnel, and he was transported by a PRCS’s ambulance to al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Hospital in Deir al-Balah where he received necessary medical treatment. He only suffered from minor wounds.

In Rafah, at approximately 20:30 on Tuesday, 19 June 2012, a home-made rocket landed on the house of Suleiman Abed Rabbu Abu Shabab, in al-Nasser village, southwest of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip. As a result, the house sustained damage and its 15 residents were terrified. The Palestinian police said to PCHR’s fieldworker that they immediately moved into the area, where the Explosives Engineering Unit collected the remnants of the rocket.

Previously, at approximately 21:50 on Monday, 18 June 2012, a home-made rocket landed on the house of ‘AzzamYusefHamad on al-Qurman Street, east of BeitHanoun in the northern Gaza Strip. As a result, 3 of Hamad’s children were wounded: Bara’a(12) sustained wounds and bruises in the left arm and leg; and Jannat and May, (both 3) sustained bruises throughout their bodies. Additionally, the western side of the house, windows and water network were damaged.

In view of the above, PCHR,
Calls upon the government in Gaza to open serious investigations in the above mentioned incidents, and to take necessary measures to ensure the protection of civilian life and the safety of their property; and

    2. Stresses the needto take the necessary steps to protect civilian life and security, and to avoid harming them in disputes, according to international humanitarian law standards.

“RT removed it but someone snatched it and put it on YT”

most of the staff at rt are jewish. they are a clever lot. most of the time they manage to hide their zionist loyalties and one wouldn’t realise it, but sometimes, like here, it’s pretty obvious these people put israel first in front of everything. including common decency.

another example of the necessity of being more vigilant with jewish people than one would normally need to be with others.

Seems like the UN thinks this child was also killed by Hamas.

Armed factions also intensified the firing of projectiles, including Grad rockets, at southern Israel…Some of the projectiles dropped short of the Gaza/Israeli border or exploded prematurely, killing a five-year old Palestinian child, and injuring a total of 15 Palestinians.

    • Ariadna Theokopoulos June 29, 2012 at 4:48 pm #

This calls for a no-fly zone over Gaza. Oh, I forget they have that.
Sanctions a blockade? Oh, they have that too.
How about some serious bombing? Been there, done that.
I guess there is nothing Israel can do to protect itself from the rogue military state of Gaza and, more pressing on their humanitarian instincts, to save the people of Gaza short of, well, a scorched earth invasion, eh, cosmo?

      • Cosmo June 29, 2012 at 5:13 pm #

How about this calls you for you guys not to believe everything Hamas tells you and not blame Israel for everything?

        • Ariadna Theokopoulos June 29, 2012 at 5:45 pm #

The list of ills for which I don’t blame Israel is enormously long. I wouldn’t even know where to begin; right now the first that comes to mind is the damp, cold wind from the ocean in winter.
