Islamic Jihad movement has refused a Qatari offer to move office from Syria to Doha, stressing that the movement is sticking to its stance which rejects the interference in Syria’s internal affairs.
Lebanese daily as-Safir cited a source within the movement as saying that the Islamic Jihad was clinging to its relation with the Syrian regime which put all its capabilities at the hand of the movement.
The source said that the movement refuses targeting and killing of civilians.

About the Qatari offer, the daily said that there were mediators who have granted the movement an offer in which Doha would host the Secretary General Ramadan Abdullah Shallah and the prominent figures in the Islamic Jihad. However the source said that the Qatari move was not a result of Syria events, noting that Doha has tried to boost relations with the movement, and had hosted Shallah who stayed cautious from these efforts.
The source added that at first Qatar had offered the movement a financial contribution following the Israeli offense on Gaza in the year of 2008.Doha then told the movement that it was ready to host a representative for the movement and grant him an office, as-Safir said, according to the source.
“This offer was granted following Gaza war, and they (Qatari officials) asked us to nominate the movement representative, but the Secretary-General was cautious, considering the offer an attempt to bring the Islamic Jihad gradually to unknown issues later,” the source said. He added that the some Qatari associations had promised the movement to support its charitable and health projects in the Gaza strip, in addition to projects of free training for the Jihad’s media figures in al-Jazeera channel.

Isalamic Jihad is the 2nd bigger resistance movement. Because PA is Oslo’s Zionist pastard Islamic Jihad refused to participate in all Palestinian elections.
Syria hosted both Sunni Hamas and Jihad and other resistance factions for years, and paid huge price for doing that.

“What is required from Khaled Mishal today is not recognition of Israel without any real cost that would work in the interest of the Palestinian cause but rather that Mishal comes out and openly states that Mahmoud Abbas is an authorized leader for all Palestinians and that he has the right to negotiate with Israel for a period of three years and without conditions set by Hamas with the exception of one condition that nobody can be lenient towards and that is relinquishing Jerusalem.
[Mishal must also state that] Hamas is also obligated to what Abbas is obligated to for the sake of establishing a Palestinian state.
At that point Netanyahu would not be able to brag by saying that there is no Palestinian side to negotiate with or repeat slogans for media consumption and levy the international community against the PA and Hamas by saying that Israel is asking for a Palestinian clarification of the meaning of reconciliation with Hamas.” More
Hamas, finally bowed to Erdughan and Nato Mufti, and Qatar, sponsoring the emergence and promotion of the Muslim Brotherhood around the world. Jihad refused to bow.
The war in Syria is not secterian, its a glabal war on resistance.
Syria will survive and the Ulimate loser is Hamas, who burned its ships with Syria,

Before the U-TURN
A Damascus-based spokesman for Hamas and other Palestinian groups, however, had earlier said they will not sign the accord … “unless the text includes the principles and the rights of Palestinians, especially that of resisting the Zionist occupation.”
After the U-TURN
A Doha-bases spokemen for Hamas said Hamas will not sign the accord “unless the text includes an undertaking that other factions, especially Islamic Jihad will respect the truce, and never try to rock Mursi’s boat..
