The Arab proverb says that a wise person does not get bitten twice from the same place. We must admit that we have been bitten more than once and from many places and God knows what’s ahead of us. The difficulty comes from the multiple roles the Intelligence Services of this world have been playing since they discovered that the most efficient weapon in their possession is their capacity to cater to our tastes and complacency.
We –as Arabs -are not close to forget the number that the world Intelligence and the world media played on us -and the ride they took us for- when they introduced Al Jazeera channel to our houses and homes making us believe that we finally got our professional objective media that can open new horizons and give us a larger scope and a deeper insight into what was happening . For years we enjoyed this fallacy, we watched every program, followed each topic, delighted in every debate, we seldom shifted to another channel or listened to other sources. We followed minute by minute the assault on Gaza, we held our breath, we became fixed on the screen not able to move for one inch, we were so grateful that we had a channel like al Jazeera. We turned a deaf ear and a blind eye to the fact that it hosted Israelis or that it was funded by Qatar -the country that hosted one of the biggest US military bases in the Gulf and -even when we noticed that it imposed a total black on what was happening in Qatar – we did not give this fact a great importance.
All these facts we overlooked and raised the banner of the first evolved media channel the Arab world ever had, praising its high professionalism along with its skillful crew and –above all- its progressive stands. The channel had acquired thus an unquestionable credibility regarding matters of great concern to the Arabs and Muslims. What happened next does not need too much elaboration. What happened- when the spring revolutions started -was simply the other side of the coin, the hidden side that bore the whole truth. The first side of the coin was the bait offered by the channel in order to hook us, and the second side was the given poison. After that, especially after what happened in Libya, and the great direct involvement of Qatar in the Libyan bloody events, we realized that we had to disentangle ourselves from al Jazeera.
This is when we realized that the whole thing was a set up, and that the wolf had again dressed as grand ma. All what preceded was but a step and a preparation for the major event where we will be partaking and witnessing the toppling of Arab rulers -one after the other- in what was called the Arab spring, to reach finally the core of the matter that is: Syria. And as we remained hooked, following step by step the bloody massacres in Gaza, we were supposed to remain hooked partaking in the so called democratization of Syria. The channel had turned into its opposite. It had become, biased, unprofessional, prejudiced and fake, disseminating misinformation and fabricating lies about what was happening.
We will not go into the details of how al Jazeera became corrupt; how it distorted facts, falsified evidence, brought fake witnesses, altered videos, resorted to lies, made up events, staged demonstrations and bribed protesters, but we can say that there isn’t one infraction that the idol channel did not commit to our great shock and surprise, sharing directly in instigating various acts of killing and destabilizing.
So much for al Jazeera, and so long; but the tricks of the masters has not ended yet; because, as we are busy making a livelihood and carrying on our multiple duties and responsibilities in life, the rulers of this world are carrying on their multiple schemes and dubious endeavors to disrupt the life of people one way or another. The last born to the administration of this world was something called Wikileaks that kept the whole media busy and so many people mobilized. The Wikileaks acted like a dropped bomb, they were like a media explosion, catering to the great urge of people to know what really happened and how it happened and who was behind what has happened. Finally, truth was no more in a remote place but – and to our great delight-here at hand, directly on the screen. Regarding this, Wikileaks held major answers and not any answers, they are official documents leaked -or released- from the Pentagon and other official departments by a supposed truth seeker whose aspirations were to make truth accessible to the American and other public.
This legendary truth seeker by the name of Bradley Manning did not act alone but leaked the information to another legendary figure with a legendary name this time: Master Julian Assange whose looks seem to come straight from a legendary tale.Master Assange is not a conformist Zionist like Mike Zuckerberg of the CIA, consecrated as the head of the largest internet utility in the world, friend of Israelis and Peres; Master Assange is something else, is a revolutionary, a person seeking truth, justice and real change. He is not the idol of the US administration but its enemy, because tracked and chased and sued and pursued seeking asylum from one place to another as a truth seeker threatened by the world order. And even if what Wikileaks reveals in this huge number of documents that touches on many subjects, is mostly insignificant or irrelevant or even flagrant, and even if it made more noise than it revealed truth, still it has acquired a reputation and a credibility that is beyond question.
Finally whether Assange, Manning or al Jazeera, the goal is to have the public hooked and have these people or channels of information acquire a level of credibility that will consecrate them as a trustworthy source of information, after which this channel or person will become qualified to handle and present any event on the world stage and get the expected reaction from the public. This way we are being treated by the world order like Pavlov’s dog and being manipulated rather than informed. But we are supposed to have grown wise and aware, and we are supposed to get prepared so as to avoid the next poisonous bite coming from the same place that any wise person should avoid as the Arab saying goes.

insightful description of how the zionazi media machine works and how they gradually work in more and more propaganda. the real news worked like that and many other supposed alternative media sources are the same. they format the propaganda to fit in with the sort message their audiences are more likely to listen to. with democracy now, it’s a “progressive” sugar coating. with fox, it’s encased in a sensationalist and hate inspiring clown show. with al jazeera, they played on arab and muslim desires of independence. i suspect wikileaks is on of the jp mechanisms to control the new area of independent internet information. being jp, they seek control every side so that every side is putting out the jp propaganda.

That is more than an Arab proverb that is an authentic hadith found in two of the sahih books of the narrations of Prophet Mohammed s.a.w.
لاَ يُلْدَغُ الْمُؤْمِنُ مِنْ جُحْرٍ وَاحِدٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ
A believer is not bitten from the same hole twice

This is also an Arab proverb and not just a Hadith with the word “wiseman” instead of “believer” .

Excellent writing, DM! Your analysis of how the people are manipulated by unseen forces through the media to believe and swallow the lies that allow them to promote their unseen malevolent agenda, is spot on. Libya is a perfect example – the whole Libyan situation was hyped and the public’s perception was completely warped by the lies and misinformation that told everyone that Gaddhafi was brutally murdering civilians when in actual fact these crimes were being committed by the mercenaries hired by foreign governments, to say nothing of NATO’s horrendous bombings that killed hundreds of thousands that followed the UN’s ‘no fly zone’.
Now the same is happening in Syria and still there are fools who choose to believe the lies. I cannot believe there are muslims who choose to side with the zionists against other muslims – sectarianism is such an ugly thing. I never did understand the point of the emnity between the different sects of any faith…
Perhaps it is time that we evolved beyond these petty differences and accept that we all have the right to believe what we want as long as it doesn’t interfere with anyone else’s rights.

yes, well said Daniel. good warriors need to know their own weaknesses and the enemy’s strengths.
if you ignore the great majority of people in between, who are, in one way or another sleep-walking through their brief sojourn on this planet, then we may very sketchily identify two camps.
1. the idealists.
idealists are also, in the long run, the realists, since their vision conforms to the intentions of Cosmic Intelligence for the evolution of conscious beings. an idealist may belong to any religion or to none, but will seek to find the truth of any matter and will attempt to gradually construct a system of values approximating to the application of universal ethical principles as the best basis for action. the idealist does not like falsehood, and identifies with the whole of humanity. any injustice, oppression or exploitation, wherever it takes place, is anathema to idealists. idealists place the highest value on friendship, and strive every day to become better human beings. they believe the strong should assist the weak.
2. the dogs
the dogs have no idea of Cosmic Intelligence. they do not seek truth, and are adept at all forms of lying and deception. their loyalty is not to the entire human race, but to a set of individuals identified as ‘their pack’. they have no ethical principles – being purely pragmatic, any end chosen justifies whatever means are suited to achieving it, they have not thought out what they are doing, but like dogs, are guided by the ebb and flow of their own desires and fears. they adopt an ethos of sorts from their pack. they drawn a big distinction between what is ‘good’ for their pack and what is good for humanity as a whole. they delight in sowing the seeds of chaos, because chaotic conditions favour the unprincipled opportunist. this marks them out as harmful parasites. given a chance they will ruthlessly exploit the weak. when in a position of strength they are bullies. otherwise they show their cowardly nature. they will readily betray even friends and family if this suits a purpose. they are materialistic. they call themselves ‘realists’, but this is only dog-speak for ‘selfish’. they wish to combine a life dedicated to criminal activies with societal honors and decorations.
an old sign often displayed outside houses carries a useful warning:
BEWARE OF THE DOG
the word cynicism derives from the Greek word for a dog. it must be remembered that what passes for cynicism today does scant justice to the teachings of the Cynics of ancient Hellas. however the word cynical is useful (with its contemporary signification)to describe the mentality of an intelligence without any sense of reverence or respect for anything or anybody.
there are no pure types. even the most idealistic persons will show traces of the dog nature sometimes. and the dog may sometimes surprise us with some incongruous streak of idealism.
please note: i do not mean any disrespect to the four-legged dogs by using their name in this way. dogs in human shape are the problem.
the dogs are they whom Jesus referred to as the children of this world, whereas what i call idealists are referred to by Jesus as children of light. it is well to remember his saying:
in their own generation the children of this world are more adept than the children of light.
people who are both able and willing to use underhand methods (cf the delightful old English word skulduggery) gain an advantage in any competition, on condition their deception remains undiscovered.
given the proposition: cheating improves your chances of winning, the dog concludes that one should cheat wherever one gets the chance. furthermore, since dogs have no insight into the higher realms of human nature, they believe that ‘idealists’ are simply rather timid dogs who refrain from cheating only out of fear of getting caught.
the idealist would arrive at an entirely different conclusion – that if you win by cheating, then that is not really winning at all. to which the dog holds up his array of trophies and farts loudly in a derisory fashion. parasitus pseudo-triumphalis.
the only Cosmic use for such dogs, and it is a great one, is that they (quite innocently of any such intention) provide a constant source of education for idealists. this education is often painful in one way or another, but this is the Law. if we are too comfortable we run the risk of falling asleep, or, worse, of becoming complacent.
after they have served God’s purpose in this way these ‘dogs’ are fit only to be thrown on the Cosmic fire. they have refused the offer of a soul. indeed the very idea of a soul, or indeed of anything pure, noble or innocent, evokes an irrational anger and hatred in them. their foretaste of the flames of Hell they will undoubtedly feel licking hungrily around them in the Beyond.

Now the studio is believed to be taking the next steps to start work on a film based off of the books, and according to the website Deadline.com, The Bourne Legacy’sJeremy Renner “is looking hard” at landing the role of Julian Assange.”

“Leaks” orchestrated to push the official lies, and the grand wikileaks operation, complete with the heroic figure of Assange, the loner who “speaks truth to power,” demonstrate that the hasbara producers have realized a growing lack of confidence in the MMS among the general public in all the Western world.
So they started focusing on the alternative media, whose imprimatur as “independent” (as some are indeed) can make their material more credible.
Nevertheless the MSM itself contains “rebels” that manage to get some accurate news through, as it happens in Germany.
Der Spiegel, owned by Axel Springer like much of the German media sees its lies confronted and contradicted by reports like these:
http://www.trans-int.com/
Reading the report one has to conclude that the German government, accurately informed by its information agencies about the “rebels” being the authors of attacks on the civilian population, decides to seal these reports “in the national interest” and proceed to expel the Syrian ambassador nonetheless by reason of…. what? Orders from Tel Aviv/Washington?
German intelligence: al-Qaeda all over Syria
By John Rosenthal
German intelligence estimates that “around 90″ terror attacks that “can be attributed to organizations that are close to al-Qaeda or jihadist groups” were carried out in Syria between the end of December and the beginning of July, as reported by the German daily Die Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ). This was revealed by the German government in a response to a parliamentary question.
In response to the same question, the German government admitted that it had received several reports from the German foreign intelligence service, the BND, on the May 25 massacre in the Syrian town of Houla. But it noted that the content of these reports was to remain classified “by reason of national interest”,
Like many other Western governments, Germany expelled Syria’s ambassador in the immediate aftermath of the massacre, holding the Syrian government responsible for the violence.
Meanwhile, at least three major German newspapers – Die Welt, the FAZ, and the mass-market tabloid Bild – have published reports attributing responsibility for the massacre to anti-government rebel forces or treating this as the most probable scenario.
Writing in Bild, longtime German war correspondent Jurgen Todenhofer accused the rebels of “deliberately killing civilians and then presenting them as victims of the government”. He described this “massacre-marketing strategy” as being “among the most disgusting things that I have ever experienced in an armed conflict”. Todenhofer had recently been to Damascus, where he interviewed Syrian President Bashar al-Assad for Germany’s ARD public television.
Wring in Die Welt, Alfred Hackensberger noted that Taldo, the sub-district of Houla where the massacre occurred, has been under rebel control since December 2011 and is in an open plain, making it unlikely that “hundreds of soldiers and Assad supporters” could have entered the village to commit the massacre. (An abridged version of Hackenberger’s report also appeared in Die Berliner Morgenpost.) Hackensberger visited Houla to conduct investigations for his report.
He also interviewed an alleged eyewitness – identified simply by the pseudonym “Jibril” – at the Saint James Monastery in Qara, Syria. In contrast to an earlier report in the FAZ, which had claimed that the victims were largely Shi’ites and Alawis, Jibril told Hackensberger that all of the victims were Sunnis “like everybody here”. By his account, they were killed for refusing to support the rebellion. Jibril added that “a lot of people in Houla know what really happened” but would not say so out of fear for their lives. “Whoever says something,” he explained, “can only repeat the rebels’ version. Anything else is certain death.”
While traveling in the region of Homs, Hackensberger heard similar stories about the conduct of the rebels. One – now former – resident of the city of Qusayr told him that not only were Christians like himself expelled from the town, but that anyone who refused to enroll their children in the Free Syrian Army had been shot. Hackensberger’s source held foreign Islamists responsible for the atrocities. “I have seen them with my own eyes,” he said, “Pakistanis, Libyans, Tunisians and also Lebanese. They call Osama bin Laden their sheikh.”
A Sunni resident of Homs told Hackensberger that he had witnessed how an armed group stopped a bus: “The passengers were divided into two groups: on the one side, Sunnis; on the other, Alawis.” According to Hackenberger’s source, the insurgents then proceeded to decapitate the nine Alawi passengers.
That the German government would cite national interest in refusing to disclose its information concerning the circumstances of the Houla massacre is particularly notable in light of Germany’s support for the rebellion and its political arm, the Syrian National Council (SNC).
While France, the United Kingdom, and the United States have figured as the most visible Western powers supporting the rebellion, Germany has been quietly playing a major role behind the scenes. According to a new report in the FAZ, the German foreign office is working with representatives of the Syrian opposition to develop “concrete plans” for a “political transition” in Syria following the fall of Assad.

possible chance for bradley manning’s charges to be dropped. sure hope this works out.
http://english.ruvr.ru/2012_07_30/Manning-case-back-on-the-agenda/
“At present, the defence team, led by David Coombs, is collecting evidence to substantiate a claim that Manning was subjected to torture-style treatment at Quantico. If the defense’s move turns out to be successful, the judges may drop all the charges against Manning on the grounds that he was subjected to illegal pretrial punishment in violation of Chapter 13 of the law on military proceedings.
The defense has enough witnesses to testify in favor of this. Military psychiatrists and leading medical experts have long been trying to point out to the Pentagon that harsh treatment of prisoners is inadmissible. However, from the very outset, the prosecution resorted to all sorts of tricks to obstruct the court’s proceedings. The Pentagon refused to hand the defense the requested documents. However, since a defeat in the battle for Manning could become a serious blow for the government and the military, his defense should brace up for new surprises.” and extreme banana republic corruption…

wikileaks was under ddos attack for more than a week:
“Trapwire connection
Wikileaks Press, a Wikileaks-endorsed website that publishes news about the organisation, noted that the attack had started shortly after emails were leaked about surveillance by software company Trapwire.
The firm collects data from CCTV cameras and number plate readers in a bid to forecast acts of terrorism.
The emails were obtained after a hack of US-based intelligence company Stratfor.
Wikileaks started publishing millions of emails from Stratfor in February. Many were related to US government agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security and the Defense Intelligence Agency.
But the site was hit by a DDoS attack after it leaked documents about Trapwire earlier this month.
“Yes, Wikileaks revealed a whole bunch of documents on #Trapwire, no, you can’t read them easily, because of the current DDoS attack,” Wikileaks tweeted.
“Attacks on #Wikileaks are not only intended to prevent secrets from being revealed, but also to maintain a monopoly on influence,” said the website in another tweet.”

the following story adds much more info about this stratfor organised crime/espionage outfit.
http://rt.com/usa/news/trapwire-stratfor-email-burton-786/
“An email hacked from Stratfor that discusses the use of the TrapWire surveillance system has been decrypted, revealing insider claims that the widespread spy program was adopted by the White House, Scotland Yard, Canadian authorities and others.
When WikiLeaks published a trove of correspondence last week reported to be from the servers of Strategic Forecasting, or Stratfor, included in the data dump was at least one email that initially appeared as pure gibberish. The communiqué, sent from Stratfor Vice President of Intelligence Fred Burton to seven other staffers within the private firm, has now been decoded, however, and its content suggests that the TrapWire surveillance program was put into the hands of the most elite and powerful governments and law enforcement agencies in the entire world.
The email, dated September 23, 2010, includes a string of correspondence between Burton and more than half-a-dozen colleagues exchanging information for a full day about how Stratfor is distributing feeds from its TrapWire system and with whom. Although encoded, the emails are encrypted in Base64 format, which can easily be decoded online. A decoded copy has also been uploaded to the Web by hacktivists aligned with Anonymous.”

Julian Assange, dictators and terrorists – spot the difference and why he’s seeking asylum
“Why is Wikileaks founder Julian Assange seeking political asylum in Ecuador? Watch this short film, see how an Interpol Red Notice has been issued for his arrest — which is usually used only for dictators and terrorists — even Syria’s Assad and Libya’s Ghadaffi were not subjected to one — and know why he has resisted extradition to Sweden.”
is it for the leaks, or for something else? as the leaks as often helped zionazi war criminality, by playing a propaganda role against countries targeted for regime change, as they exposed their criminality, it’s hard to believe assange is wanted for these. with britain even threatening war with equador and assange not even had been charged with any crime by sweden, the case has reached absurd dimensions.

can’t remember the URL, but a while ago i saw a piece suggesting that JA’s mother had involvement with a cult-type org which undertook abusive mind-kontrol ops on members’ children. that JA is a victim of this seems quite plausible – his personality seems narcissistic. compare him, for instance, with Jack Otto, a man of real feeling and moral integrity:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZVomYbbb3L0&feature=related
“leaks” and disinfo have always been part of ‘the Great Game’. the idea that dissemination of knowledge of the details of specific acts of wrongdoing by the powerful, or the naming of particular miscreants, has any great power to provoke change for the better, should be viewed with caution.
in England the magazine Private Eye has ‘leaked’ corruption stories for decades, with no noticeable improvement in the standards of business ethics.
aside from their deceptive role in suggesting that there is some degree of ‘freedom’ in the media, such leaks are often a weapon used by factions within the ‘power elite’ against each other. the main motive for interest, on the part of the general public, is plain, old-fashioned prurience – that little bit of prurience which is left-over from tales about the sex-lives of rock or movie ‘stars’..
yet progressive people seem never to tire of the old shock-horror “just look what they have done now!” syndrome. all such exercises in continually re-assigning oneself a secure position on the moral high ground are a waste of energy.
